Digital transformation (still) in progress

This paper is a continuation of previous lecture on the topic of digital transformation in the HEP Group, with a focus on the digitalization of the public procurement process. Procurement, and especially public procurement, is one of the most complex and delicate business processes in today's business. The large number of participants, the complex, often vague rules, many exceptions, different levels of responsibility, all of the above makes digitalization a mission impossible. We'll present the way we have succeeded in, still partial, digitalization of the public procurement process in the HEP Group, we'll technically describe a platform that includes several different technologies, as well as a design and concept that allows flexibility and dynamic process change depending on business needs.
