Information system in EPBiH is complex and heterogeneous system composed of many applications and software solutions from simple applications for employee reporting to the big technical systems such as SCADA/DMS/OMS.As there is a huge need for data exchange between different applications, integration is continuous activity in the company. Oracle SOA Suite is a platform which enables services to be created and managed easily with good administration. We will talk about interface life cycle using Oracle SOA Suite platform in the context of different application integration in EPBiH such as SAP, CRM, in-house applications etc.

Jasmin Heljić, author
Jasmin Heljić was born in Gornji Vakuf (Bosnia and Herzegovina). He graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo in 2007. He earned master’s degree in 2015 from The School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo (Strategic IT Management). He was Bosnia and Herzegovina Competitor in the 32nd International Physics Olympiad in 2001, and semi-finalist at international IT competition Imagine Cup in 2005. He has more than 10 years of experiance as a software engineer. Currently he works in Elektroprivreda BiH in department for in-house software development. He is a member of Bosnia Agile core team, assosiation which promote agile software development.
Emina Kreštalica, coauthor
Emina Kreštalica was born in Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina). She graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo in 2003. Currently she is taking postgraduate studies at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo. She has more than 15 years of experiance as a software engineer. Currently she works in Elektroprivreda BiH in department for in-house software development.
