Dražen Oreščanin Poslovna inteligencija

Dražen Oreščanin is one of three founders and partners at Poslovna inteligencija, leading implementer of analytical IT systems in Croatia and South East Europe, with almost 150 employees and offices in seven countries. At the beginning of his career he participated in development of applications for credit risk assessment and risk management in Zagrebačka Banka from 1992 to 1998. After two years in Kaptol Bank group, where he was Vice president for information technology, he joined Agrokor as Deputy director of IT department, responsible for operational management of the information system segments. He started to work as first employee in Poslovna inteligencija in 2001, first at the position of Director of Strategy and Development, and then, since 2010 as President of the Board. He is responsible for the development of new markets, relationships with strategic partners, and development of new products and services.  He is engaged in most complex projects in the role of enterprise solution architect for Hrvatski Telekom, A1 Croatia, United Group, Crnogorski Telekom, Telenor, Telekom Slovenije, Tisak and other customers. In 2011 he graduated as Master of Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Zagreb in field of Applied Computing. He is currently at Ph.D. studies. From 2013 to 2015 he was Member of the board of Croatian independent software exporters association CISEx. He is one of the founders and Executive director of Udruga Glas Poduzetnika (Voice of the Entrepreneur Association) and one of the founders and mentors in BIRD Incubator for AI and analytics.
