Jasmin Heljić was born in 1981 in Gornji Vakuf (Bosnia and Herzegovina). He holds a degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in strategic information management. In the largest Bosnian company EPBiH, he works as a software development engineer. He has many years of experience in designing and developing application solutions and is often a lecturer at IT conferences and other IT events in the country and abroad.He has represented Bosnia and Herzegovina on several occasions in various roles: at the International Physics Olympiad in 2001, at the international IT competition Imagine Cup 2005 (semifinalist), at the international colloquium SC D2 Finland 2019 organized by the Finnish National Committee CIGRÉ.He passes on his knowledge to the younger generations in the BH Futures Foundation as a mentor, and in the Bosnia Agile Association, he is the President of the Assembly and the Agile Trainer. He is a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Committee of the International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRÉ), as well as the CIRED Working Group on Smart Grid Cyber Security. He is one of the authors of the document on guidelines for the strategic framework of cyber security in Bosnia and Herzegovina, drafted by an informal group of experts gathered under the auspices of the OSCE Mission to BiH. He is a member of the team that translated the Scrum Guide into the Bosnian language. He is a Certified Oracle PL / SQL Developer (OCA) and a Certified Disciplined Agilist (CDA).
